NCS Staff Training


Power to Be delivers staff training (approved) with years of experience under their belts as well as some wonderful partnerships with Local Delivery Partners and Regional Delivery Partners alike. We run our training in an energising and engaging way mirroring the atmosphere we hope the staff teams create during the NCS Programme. We cover all the key training topics for new and existing staff tailoring the content to suit the needs of the group.

Community Organisation


Community organisations cover a wide range of activities at the community level. These are aimed at bringing about improvement in the social well-being of individuals, groups, organisations, as well as whole neighbourhoods. We believe this is something worth celebrating and as such, strive to support community organisations to do even more, and even better work in their areas.

Through a series of development opportunities for staff within community organisations as well as working with young people too. We believe we can make a difference to them as well as the community they represent.

Team building and problem solving training is nothing new for businesses. It’s what helps your employees and colleagues to face the challenges they come across in the workplace.
